Shraddh Puja

Puja of ancestors and Pinddan during the Pitrupaksha is of special importance in Hinduism. During this period, the souls of the ancestors are worshiped for peace. Religious belief that your fathers soul is angry with you for any negligence in the worship of Pindadan. Or it can be turbulent. According to scholars, the circular form of an object is called Pind. At the time of pindadan, the material which is offered to the deceased, which is made by kneading barley or rice flour is called spherical body. It is believed that by performing Pinddan and Shraddha Puja in Gaya, fathers get freedom.
